Diwali is known as the festival of lights .Diwali the festival of lights makers when millons of hindus ,Sikhs and jains all over the world celebrates the good over bad.

2.Why do people celebrate diwali? 

Hindus celebrate diwali because its the day that lord Ram and his wife Sita devi and his brother Lakshami came back home after the 14 years of exile.

3.Why is diwali known as the festival of lights?

Diwali is Indias most popluar event of the year.Diwali gets its name (cavali) of clay lamps (deepa) that indians light outside their home for a way to call Ram to their home.

4.What is diwali made for?

For many indian sdiwali Hounors the hindu goddess of wealth Lakshami helped him to find his way to other people homes.

5.Why do people make sweets on Diwali ?

Diwali sweets symbolise a sweet to the start of the year and also a way to send yours wishes to the Hindus goddess Lakshami.
